We use precision machined polymer molds because they are much lighter than aluminum and feel much warmer to your hands. Aluminum is heavy and feels cold to the touch. These molds reduce fatigue and are more comfortable to use than aluminum molds.

Warranty
60-day Satisfaction Warranty:
The B-3 Bomber from BathBombMachine.com comes with a satisfaction warranty of 60 days for New Customers. We want our Customers to be happy Customers! If within 60 days of purchasing your B-3 you are not completely satisfied, you can send it back for a purchase price refund. The machine needs to be undamaged and in good working order to receive this refund. Contact us at info@bathbombmachine.com for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to shipping.
Note: Molds do not include a warranty, though they have proven to make hundreds of thousands of bath bombs before wearing out. Secondly, items included with the Business Package, including the air compressor and ingredients are not returnable. If you purchase the Business Package and wish to return the machine within 60 days, these other items will not be refunded; only the machine price is refundable.
30-day Satisfaction Warranty: B-49 Multi Press Bath Bomb Machines and B-49 Multi Press Bath Bomb Molds are intended for experienced bath bomb producers. The B-49 Multi Press Bath Bomb Machine comes with a 30-day return window.
Limited Lifetime Warranty:
The B-3 Bomber Bath Bomb Machine is engineered and manufactured with the goal of exceptional bath bomb production performance at a reasonable price.
The B-3 is warranted against manufacturing defects for as long as the original purchaser owns it. We warrant B-3 machines to be free of defects in materials and workmanship and to function satisfactorily under normal use conditions. If at any time a B-3 press is found to have an issue, please contact us at info@bathbombmachine.com for assistance. We may be able to troubleshoot and fix the issue without needing the machine to be sent to us. If repair by us is required, the shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Warranty is void if damage results from unauthorized repair, alteration, misuse, or improper care such as allowing water into the pneumatic components of the B-3. Warranty is given solely to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
This limited lifetime warranty excludes all claims to any incidental or consequential loss of personal property or income. Part of this limited warranty requires your frequent inspection to ensure your B-3 Bomber machine is properly set up, with tight fasteners, proper alignment and placement of the mold, and correct use of the machine. Maintaining air and the quality of the air entering the B-3 is important. Our machine includes an air filter/pressure regulator/water trap right where the airline from the air compressor is connected. Drain this air trap regularly so that water does not enter the rest of the machine. It only takes seconds, and failing to do so voids the warranty.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. After 1,000,000 bath bombs, the B-3 Bomber Bath Bomb Machine may show signs of wearing out and may need to be replaced. We feel that machines which have produced this volume have served their owners well. We have seen B-3 bath bomb machines that have reached this level of production, and they have served their owners well.
